It's a good cartoon. I love the design of it. Very New Yorkeresque. I got a little tired of the fart jokes, but I liked how it developed into a near Chaplinesque story of a man down on his luck, kicked out of society. The ending was wonderful. The whole team who worked on this should be congratulated and praised for their talents.
They never meant to be "fart jokes", Eric. They were there to demonstrate the discomfort the man felt before his redemption as he came to accept that it didn't matter and he could also create beauty with his ass, like Joseph Pujol. There is a condition called Meteorism.
I should have used another drawing style to emphasize the human dimension. It gets lost in this "cartooney funny style"
Oh!! I think I understand now. I should really read more about these things. Thank you Mr. Grillo for correcting me. I still found it to be a very entertaining film.
